Men’s #12 - Space City Tres Dias

Brothers in Christ,

I want to welcome you to Space City Tres Dias and Men’s Weekend #12!

My name is Bill Herasymiuk (pronounced Her-Sum-Yuck), my beautiful bride Susan and I worship, serve and attend Second Baptist 1463 in Katy, Texas with our daughter Lucy and son Emmett. I am deeply honored and humbled beyond words to have been selected as your Rector for the upcoming weekend. The thought that God and the Board of Space City Tres Dias would allow me the privilege to serve each of the candidates and God’s men on SCTD 12 fills my heart with joy, hope and love. I am truly thankful for this blessing.

As I prepare for the weekend ahead, I am reminded what a gift God and Tres Dias has been in my and my family’s lives. It is amazing how God used this powerful tool in such a unique and impactful way on each of the weekends we attended to encourage our walks with Jesus and how that has drawn us closer to Him. For Susan and me, our sons Chris and Justin, daughters-in-law Kendel and Ronnie and daughter Caitlin, it strengthened our bonds as a blended family and took a divorced and hurting man that I was in 2014 on my South East Texas Tres Dias weekend #15 and gave me a renewed sense of purpose and trust in God’s plan. Those previous weekends, like our upcoming SCTD #12, will meet you at your point of need. Tres Dias is not a typical retreat or revival weekend but something that must be experienced by each person and is hard to describe. The Holy Spirit meets each of us right where we are and lifts us up, encourages us in our daily walk and prompts us to not only to stay the course but to enter a deeper, more personal relationship with our Heavenly Father. This is true whether you’re a candidate coming on a weekend for the first time or a team member who has worked numerous weekends. I believe God has a plan for you, just for you, and I personally encourage each of you to join us March 12-15, 2026 at Sandy Creek Bible Camp for the Men’s weekend.

Brothers, join me in lifting up my sweet Sister in Christ DJ Floyd, her husband Bob, and the team and candidates of SCTD #12 Women’s weekend in prayer. Their weekend will follow the men on March 19 – 23, 2026 at Sandy Creek Bible Camp.
