Registration Steps
Once you and your sponsor have decided that you are ready to attend, the registration process begins with your Candidate Registration Form.
Three steps must be completed before your place on the Weekend roster is confirmed:
1. Candidate Registration Form
You or your sponsor complete and submit the Candidate Registration Form.
2. Sponsor Confirmation Form
Your sponsor completes a separate confirmation form acknowledging their responsibilities as your sponsor.
3. $25 Deposit
A minimum $25 deposit toward the Weekend fee must be received.
Once all three steps are complete, your place on the Weekend roster will be confirmed. If the Weekend is already full, you will be notified and placed on the waiting list.
Required Waivers
Required waivers are part of the Weekend registration paperwork, but they do not affect your place on the Weekend roster. They may be completed in advance or submitted when you arrive at camp.
Weekend Fees
The Weekend fee is $210 and covers meals and lodging for the entire Tres Dias Weekend. A minimum $25 deposit is required as part of the three-step registration process to confirm a candidate’s place on the Weekend roster. The remaining balance is due by the Friday before the Weekend.
Payment options include:
- Church Center App — Space City Tres Dias community members may make a payment through Church Center under My Registrations.
- Online Donation — Candidates or sponsors who do not use the Space City Church Center app may pay online using the Donate link on our website.
- Check — Payments may also be mailed to SCTD PreWeekend using the address provided in the registration confirmation email.
