Life After the Weekend

The Tres Dias Weekend is only the beginning. The days that follow - the Fourth Day - are an opportunity to continue growing in faith, Christian community, and servant leadership.

Space City Tres Dias offers ways to stay connected through Secuelas, reunion groups, community gatherings, and service on future Weekends. These opportunities help us encourage one another and carry the spirit of the Weekend into our churches, homes, workplaces, and communities.

Secuelas

Secuelas are community gatherings held after a Tres Dias Weekend. They provide an opportunity to reconnect, worship together, share fellowship, and continue the relationships that began on the Weekend.

Space City Tres Dias Secuelas are open to the community and guests, and are an important part of Fourth Day life. They give participants, team members, and friends a chance to encourage one another and stay connected between Weekends.

Reunion Groups

Reunion groups are small groups of people who have attended Tres Dias and meet regularly to minister to each other during their Fourth Day.  These Reunion Groups use prayer, scripture, sharing, and transparent discussions of piety, study and action in an effort to develop strong personal relationships.

These gatherings provide an opportunity to continue the relationships and spiritual growth that began on the Weekend. Reunion groups may meet in homes, churches, restaurants, or other convenient locations throughout the community.

Weekend Photo Rosters

Trying to remember a name or put a face with someone you met on a Weekend? Weekend Photo Rosters include photos of candidates and team members along with their table or team assignments.

These password-protected rosters are available as a community resource to help members put names with faces, reconnect with people from past Weekends, and identify others who have served in the community.

Serve on a Weekend

Serving on a Tres Dias Weekend is one of the ways members of our community continue living their Fourth Day. Weekend teams become working reunion groups, bringing people together in Christian fellowship, prayer, encouragement, and service as they prepare for and serve the Weekend.

Whether it is your first time serving or you have served on many Weekends, there is a place for you. Team members bring many different gifts and levels of experience, growing together while serving candidates and one another.

Serve in Community Leadership

There are many ways to help serve and strengthen the Space City Tres Dias community. Our Board of Directors provides leadership for the community, but you don’t have to be an elected Board member to get involved.

Serving on a committee is a great place to begin. Committee chairs are appointed by the President, and committee members are volunteers from throughout the community. If you’re interested in a particular area of service, talk with the appropriate committee chair or a current Board member about opportunities to get involved.

Board members are elected annually at the Spring Secuela. Members of the community are encouraged to prayerfully consider serving and to participate in the nomination and election process.

You can learn more about the qualifications for Board service, view the nominees for the current election, or nominate someone you believe is called to serve.
